Asset management system

The challenge

Asset ownership and application access were tracked in disconnected lists that drifted from reality. The company needed a live register with request-and-approval workflows, and a UI that risk and IT teams would actually use daily.

What we did

We delivered a web application with an interactive Blazor front end over a .NET service layer, with full-fidelity imports from the authoritative source systems running as scheduled jobs.

Role requests follow an approval workflow with notifications; every grant and revocation is recorded. The platform carries our standard observability stack, so sync failures alert us - not the users.

The outcome

• One live register replacing scattered spreadsheets
• Access grants follow an auditable request-approval trail
• Source-system changes propagate automatically via scheduled synchronization
